Nuchev Shareholder Voting Power Shifts

Nuchev Pty Ltd (AU:NUC) has released an update.

Mithaq Capital SPC, a substantial holder in Nuchev Limited, has reported a change in their holdings with an on-market purchase of 96,000 fully paid ordinary shares and subsequent dilution due to an entitlement offer, resulting in a reduced voting power from 13.96% to 8.65%. The entitlement offer details were lodged on the ASX Market Platform previously on 20/05/2024. No new associates have been reported in relation to the substantial holder’s voting interests in the company.
