Nuchev Shareholder Voting Power Dilutes

Nuchev Pty Ltd (AU:NUC) has released an update.

Mithaq Capital SPC has experienced a dilution in their holding of Nuchev Limited’s fully paid ordinary shares, with their voting power decreasing from 13.96% to 8.59% as a result of shares issued under Nuchev’s Entitlement Offer. No additional shares were purchased by Mithaq Capital SPC during this change, which occurred on the 27th and 28th of June 2024.
