NuCana plc has updated its Prospectus Supplement to increase the maximum aggregate offering amount to $5.4 million for its American Depositary Shares through its ATM Facility with Jefferies LLC. As of the end of September 2024, the company has already sold nearly 6 million ADSs, raising approximately $8.9 million before commissions. This financial move is set to be incorporated by reference into the company’s existing registration statements and prospectuses.
