NTAW Holdings Director Increases Shareholdings

National Tyre & Wheel Ltd. (AU:NTD) has released an update.

In a recent director’s interest notice, NTAW Holdings Limited reported that Director Tynan Young made an on-market purchase of 316,643 ordinary shares via his indirect interest in Young Equity Pty Ltd, totaling a value of $114,008.19. Subsequent to this acquisition, Young’s indirect holdings in the company now amount to 1,072,062 ordinary shares. No changes were reported in his other indirect interests or in relation to director’s interests in contracts.
