NS Solutions Corporation successfully sold its entire stake of 8,160,000 shares in Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. through the Off-Auction Own Share Repurchase Trading System (ToSTNeT-3), resulting in an extraordinary income of approximately 72.0 billion yen to be recorded in the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. This transaction, completed on September 3, 2024, for a total sale amount of 74.3 billion yen, will not impact the consolidated financial statements as they adhere to IFRS.
