NRW Holdings Appoints New Director

NRW Holdings Limited (AU:NWH) has released an update.

NRW Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Adrienne Christina Parker as a director of the company as of May 13, 2024. The initial director’s interest notice revealed that Parker does not currently hold any securities in the company, either as a registered holder or in any other capacity. The disclosure, mandated by ASX listing rules, also confirms that Parker has no interests in contracts related to NRW Holdings at the time of her appointment.
