NRJ Group Contests ARCOM’s Exclusion Decision

NRJ Group is challenging a decision by ARCOM that excludes its channel NRJ 12 from a pre-selection list, seeking both suspension and cancellation of the measure through legal action. The company, a major player in French private media, operates several radio brands and TV channels, and is also expanding its digital presence in audio streaming and podcasts. NRJ Group is listed on the Euronext Paris and is actively defending its rights in the broadcasting market.
