NRJ Group challenges ARCOM’s decision not to preselect its candidacy for the TNT call for applications by filing an appeal to be reviewed by the Council of State. The interim measures request was dismissed as the case proceeds to be expedited by the collegiate panel, with a decision expected by end of November. NRJ Group is a major French private media group with extensive operations in radio, television, and digital platforms, both domestically and internationally.
