NRC Group ASA has announced the initiation of a share buyback program, aiming to repurchase up to NOK 5 million worth of shares, with a maximum of 650,000 shares. The program, facilitated by Danske Bank, is intended to support the company’s employee share program and will adhere to EU Safe Harbour Regulation guidelines. The buyback will run until December 4, 2025, but may be adjusted based on market conditions.
