NOVONIX Ltd has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting where shareholders will discuss key resolutions including the ratification of shares issued under an Institutional Placement and the approval of shares to be issued to Phillips 66. The meeting will also cover the issuance of incentive options to Andrew Liveris and the approval of a Performance Rights Plan.
