NOVONIX Limited has announced the application for quotation of additional securities following the exercise of options and conversion of performance rights. A total of 297,885 ordinary fully paid shares will be quoted on the ASX under the security code NVX, with an issue date of July 12, 2024. These new securities are set to rank equally with the existing issued shares and were issued as part of an employee incentive scheme.
