NOVONIX Limited has announced the issuance of new ordinary shares following the conversion of employee performance rights on June 13, 2024. A total of 32,042 new fully paid ordinary shares will be quoted, adding to the existing quoted capital of 488,988,526 shares. The shares were issued as part of an employee incentive scheme and will rank equally with the existing issued shares.
