NOVONIX LIMITED has announced the application for quotation of additional securities on the ASX, following the exercise of options and conversion of convertible securities. A total of 46,005 new ordinary shares will be quoted, issued at an estimated value of AUD 0.545000 each upon the vesting of employee performance rights. Post-quotation, the company’s issued capital will include 493,713,802 ordinary fully paid shares.
