NOVONIX Limited, a prominent battery technology company, has successfully completed due diligence with Lithium Energy Limited to merge their natural graphite exploration interests into Axon Graphite Limited. The deal involves NOVONIX’s divestiture of its Mount Dromedary interests and LEL’s contribution of its Burke and Corella projects to Axon, with NOVONIX receiving shares in return. This strategic move is pending Axon’s IPO and subsequent ASX listing approval.
