NoviqTech Director Increases Shareholding

Tymlez Group Ltd. (AU:NVQ) has released an update.

Freddy El Turk, a director of NoviqTech Limited, has updated his interests in the company’s securities with an on-market acquisition of 207,592 fully paid ordinary shares at a total value of $4,774.61, as disclosed to the ASX. Following the transaction, his indirect interest, through the F & D El Turk Family Trust, now totals 1,707,592 shares, in addition to 1,000,000 unlisted options.
