Novatti Group Limited reports a 10% revenue increase to $42.9 million, alongside a reduced annual loss of 20.6%, concluding the year at a $20.9 million loss. Despite this improvement, the company did not declare dividends, and faces a decrease in net asset position, ending the year with a negative $394,000 in net tangible assets. The underlying EBITDA loss also improved by 16%, suggesting a tighter operational control, even as the company sold off its IBOA Group Holdings for $2.87 million to strengthen its balance sheet.
