Novatti Group Limited’s director Peter Cook has experienced a change in interests, disposing of 397,727 unlisted ZEPOs due to a 30% achievement review, causing them to lapse. The change, reported to the ASX under listing rule 3.19A.2, leaves Cook with over 13 million fully paid ordinary shares and various options and convertible notes.
