Nova Minerals Limited has announced an update to their securities issue, proposing to extend the Nebari Convertible Note facility by an additional 12 months and to amend the conversion price from AUD0.53 to AUD0.25. This update is subject to shareholder approval and follows a previous announcement made on the 7th of March, 2024.
