Nova Minerals Limited has issued 240,000 fully paid shares following the exercise of US Warrants and plans to release 4,000 American Depositary Shares on NASDAQ. Each of these ADSs will represent 60 ordinary shares, reflecting Nova’s active engagement in the financial markets. The company is also awaiting assay results from its recent exploration program, which will be shared upon completion.
