Nova Minerals Limited has announced its plans for a secondary public offering of American Depositary Shares in the United States, leveraging its Form F-1 registration statement filed with the SEC. The offering’s details, including the number of shares and final pricing, are yet to be determined and subject to market conditions. Nova Minerals intends to use the proceeds from this offering for further exploration and development of its mining projects, as well as for general working capital.
