NOVA Group Holdings Ltd. ( (HK:1360) ) has shared an update.

NOVA Group Holdings Limited, along with its subsidiaries, has announced that the Listing Review Committee has upheld the decision to cancel the company’s listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. This decision follows a series of announcements and trading suspensions since October 2023. The cancellation will take effect on 7 August 2025, after which the company’s shares will no longer be tradeable on the exchange.
