NOVA Group Holdings Limited, a company engaged in cultural and entertainment services as well as loan and financing services, is facing continued challenges in the wake of COVID-19 impacts and a persistent economic downturn in the PRC. Despite lifting lockdown measures, consumer confidence remains low, affecting the Group’s businesses.
