NOVA Group Holdings Limited, a company engaged in cultural and entertainment services as well as loan and financing services, is facing continued challenges in the wake of COVID-19 impacts and a persistent economic downturn in the PRC. Despite lifting lockdown measures, consumer confidence remains low, affecting the Group’s businesses. However, the Group has launched new clubbing and wine distribution ventures in Hong Kong, which have shown promise with a contribution of approximately HK$4.6 million to the first half of the fiscal year’s revenue.
