NOVA Group Holdings Ltd. has announced a change in its company secretary and authorized representative roles. Mr. Wong Ka Wah has resigned from these positions, effective March 1, 2025, and Mr. Kwong Chun Chung has been appointed to fill these roles. Mr. Kwong brings extensive experience in company secretarial, accounting, auditing, and finance for listed companies in Hong Kong, and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. The board expressed gratitude to Mr. Wong for his contributions and welcomed Mr. Kwong to the company.
