NOVA Group Holdings Ltd. has announced the appointment of Mr. Wong Ka Shing as an executive Director, effective from 6 September 2024. Mr. Wong brings a wealth of experience in accounting, auditing, and financial management, with credentials from The Leeds Metropolitan University and fellowships with notable accounting associations. His emoluments will be determined by the Board, with his term subject to rotation and re-election at the company’s annual general meeting.
