NOVA Group Holdings Ltd. has announced further amendments to the principal terms of its bonds, including changes to the maturity dates and the corresponding redemption amounts. These changes were approved by the bondholders and detailed in a supplemental deed poll executed after trading hours on June 28, 2024. In the wake of these amendments, the company has also continued the suspension of trading of its securities.
