Nova Cannabis Inc. is set to acquire four Dutch Love cannabis retail stores from SNDL Inc., with SNDL receiving $8.179 million in Nova shares for the transaction, which is expected to close by April 2024. This deal will increase Nova’s total store count to 100, while SNDL’s extended network reaches 190 locations. Additionally, SNDL has reinforced its partnership with Nova by extending a $15 million credit facility until 2026, highlighting a collaborative effort to boost Nova’s growth.
