Nova Cannabis Inc. has expanded its retail footprint by acquiring four Dutch Love stores from SNDL Inc., marking its entry into the B.C. market under the Value Buds banner. The deal involved Nova issuing $8.179 million worth of its shares to SNDL, bringing Nova’s total store count to 99 and SNDL’s cannabis retail presence to 188 locations.
