Nouveau Monde Graphite Inc. has successfully finalized a substantial $37.5 million funding boost through private placements with Mitsui & Co., Ltd. and Pallinghurst Bond Limited, following shareholder approval. This strategic financial move involved issuing common shares and warrants in exchange for the cancellation of existing convertible notes, a decision deemed fair and beneficial for minority shareholders by an independent financial analysis.
