NOTE AB ( (SE:NOTE) ) has shared an announcement.
NOTE AB’s Nomination Committee has proposed a revised Board of Directors ahead of the 2026 Annual General Meeting, reflecting the company’s recent acquisition of STI Enterprise Holding Limited and its expanded role as a supplier in the defence segment. The committee recommends a six-member board without deputies, with all current directors re-elected and Anna Belfrage continuing as chair.
To strengthen sector-specific expertise, the committee proposes the addition of Jan Engelberg, an experienced executive in EMS and energy, and Sir Michael Wigston, a former Chief of the Air Staff in the UK Royal Air Force with extensive defence, aerospace and security credentials. Both proposed new directors are independent of NOTE’s management and major shareholders, underlining a governance focus on bolstering strategic capabilities in security and defence as the company deepens its presence in this market.
