Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC has announced the appointment of Viktor Gladun as a non-executive director and the naming of Martin Gudgeon as Acting Chair of the Nomination and Governance Committee, following Christopher Cox’s departure. The company is actively pursuing the appointment of an additional independent non-executive director to enhance board diversity. These strategic board changes come as the company continues its oil and gas production and development in Kazakhstan’s pre-Caspian Basin.
