Nostra Terra Oil and Gas Company Plc has announced an increase in their recent fundraising total to £462,000, following an additional investment by board member James F. Newman who purchased 40 million new shares. This upsizes their original fundraise, with the new shares expected to be admitted for trading on the London Stock Exchange around August 8, 2024. Following the admission, the company’s enlarged share capital will be over 2.56 billion shares, with Newman’s stake totaling nearly 10%.
