Nostra Terra Oil and Gas (GB:NTOG) has released an update.
Nostra Terra Oil and Gas Company Plc, an international oil and gas exploration and production company, has announced the issuance of 40 million new shares to Big Island Holdings Limited at 0.005p per share for media services. These shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange around 26 September 2024, increasing the company’s total issued share capital to 2,601,520,532 shares.
