NOS Nova AS has completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares in NOS Technology AS, settling the deal through the issuance of new shares to the sellers. Following shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting, the company has formally changed its name from Horisont Energi AS to NOS Nova AS and registered both the new name and a related share capital increase with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, bringing total share capital to NOK 419,688.34 divided into 41,968,834 shares, a move that consolidates the transaction and marks a new phase in the company’s corporate development.
