Norwood Systems Ltd has announced the successful allotment of 916,667 fully paid ordinary shares following the exercise of options by director Dr. John Tarrant. These shares were issued in two tranches, with the latest being connected to options exercisable at 2.4 cents, due to expire in February 2025. The company confirmed compliance with the necessary provisions of the Corporations Act and stated that no ‘excluded information’ exists as of the notice date.
