Norwood Financial Corp has announced the appointment of John M. McCaffery as its new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, starting June 24, 2024. McCaffery, with 30 years in the industry, brings a wealth of experience in regulatory compliance, capital raising, and M&A transactions. His employment agreement includes an initial three-year term with the possibility of extension, a $340,000 annual salary, and various benefits such as bonuses, stock awards, and severance terms. William S. Lance will transition to Chief Strategic Officer until his retirement later that year.
