Northwestern Board Member Resigns, Board Size Reduced

Northwestern (NWE) has shared an update.

Anthony Clark has announced his resignation from the NorthWestern Energy Board of Directors, effective December 31, 2024, after over eight years of service. His departure is not due to any disagreement with the company’s operations. Following his resignation, NorthWestern Energy will decrease its Board size. Meanwhile, Clark is set to join the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners as Executive Director–Elect. NorthWestern’s CEO praised Clark’s contributions and welcomed his future guidance.
