Northstar Clean Technologies Inc. has secured a C$2.25 million investment from two Calgary-based investors, including the Chiu Family, owners of Trico Homes. The funds, raised through a private placement of convertible debentures, will support general corporate activities and the development of the Empower Calgary Facility, an asphalt reprocessing plant. Additionally, Mr. Patrick Chiu of Trico Communities has joined Northstar’s Board of Directors, expected to enhance the company’s growth and impact in the clean technology sector.
