Northstar Gold Corp has completed the first tranche of a significant private placement, raising $254,820.03 through the sale of 5,457,112 Units, with plans to close a second tranche soon. The proceeds will primarily fund exploration and drilling in a promising new zone on the Miller Copper-Gold Property, where high-grade copper and silver have been sampled indicating potential for substantial VMS mineralization.
