On May 29, 2024, Northern Trust Corporation welcomed Chandra Dhandapani to its Board of Directors and as a director of its main subsidiary. Her specific committee assignments are pending. Dhandapani will be compensated under the existing Non-Employee Director Compensation and Deferred Compensation Plans, receiving prorated equity awards in line with her peers, effective until the 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
