Northern Star Director Reorganizes Shareholdings

Northern Star Resources Ltd (AU:NST) has released an update.

Northern Star Resources Ltd has announced a reorganization of holdings by Director Nicholas Luigi Cernotta, resulting in an off-market transfer of 4,776 ordinary fully paid shares. Post-transfer, Cernotta’s direct interest in the company has decreased to 2,833 shares, while his indirect holdings through MJBJ (WA) Pty Ltd have increased to 25,917 shares. There was no change in beneficial ownership and the transactions did not occur during a closed period.
