Northern Graphite Corporation has announced the resignation of CFO Guillaume Jacq, who is leaving to pursue other career opportunities, effective November 30, 2024. In the interim, Group Controller Niall Moore, with over 35 years of experience, will take over CFO responsibilities. The company is actively searching for a new CFO while maintaining its commitment to leadership in the graphite industry and the EV revolution.
