Northern Dynasty Challenges EPA Veto in Court

Northern Dynasty Minerals (TSE:NDM) has released an update.

Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd. reports that the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has declined to participate in the remand process for the Pebble Project’s permit application after an EPA veto. The company, along with the State of Alaska, is challenging the veto in court, insisting that the EPA’s decision is based on flawed findings from the USACE permit denial. Northern Dynasty’s CEO expresses confidence in the legal proceedings and remains focused on overturning the EPA veto to progress with the Pebble Project.
