Northern Bear Plc has announced the appointment of Simon Carr CBE as the new Non-Executive Chairman, bringing his 45 years of construction industry experience to the role. Carr’s notable achievements include a CBE for services to the industry and charity, and past directorships with Henry Boot Plc and involvement in regional enterprise boards. The company also acknowledged Anil Khera’s departure from the board, thanking him for his contributions.
