Northern 3 VCT PLC Completes Share Buyback

Northern 3 VCT (GB:NTN) has released an update.

Northern 3 VCT PLC has announced the buyback and cancellation of 435,776 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 82.18p each, a transaction representing around 0.30% of the issued share capital. Following the buyback, the company’s issued share capital comprises 146,753,000 ordinary shares, each with voting rights. This move may influence shareholders’ notifications of voting rights under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
