Northern 3 VCT Completes Share Buyback

Northern 3 VCT (GB:NTN) has released an update.

Northern 3 VCT PLC has announced the buyback and cancellation of 1,677,891 of its own ordinary shares at 84.84p each, which is about 1.13% of its issued share capital. Following the transaction, the company has 147,188,776 ordinary shares remaining in issue, all with voting rights and none held in treasury. This buyback may impact shareholders’ percentage of voting rights, which they need to monitor in compliance with the DTRs.
