Northern 3 VCT PLC, a venture capital trust, has issued 427,793 new ordinary shares at 86.5p each through its Dividend Investment Scheme. Post-allotment, the company’s total issued share capital comprises 147,180,793 ordinary shares, each carrying voting rights, with no shares held in treasury. These shares are expected to be admitted to the Official List and commence trading around 30 August 2024.
