Northern 3 VCT PLC has announced a proposed final dividend of 2.2 pence per share for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, with payment scheduled for August 23, 2024, pending shareholder approval. Shareholders registered by July 26 will be eligible, with the ex-dividend date set for July 25. The company also offers a dividend investment scheme for shareholders to reinvest dividends into new shares with added tax benefits.
