Northern 2 VCT PLC has revealed plans to launch a fundraising campaign by offering new ordinary shares, aiming to raise up to £15 million for the company and £36 million overall for the Northern VCTs in the 2024/25 tax year, pending shareholder and regulatory approvals. The detailed prospectus for this offer is scheduled to be published in January 2025.
