Northern 2 VCT PLC has expanded its equity by allotting 662,290 new ordinary shares through its Dividend Investment Scheme at a price of 55.7p each, increasing the total number of shares in issue to 223,773,864. The new shares will be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange, with expected commencement around 30 August 2024. Shareholders now have a new total voting rights figure to use as the denominator for determining notification thresholds under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
