Northern 2 VCT PLC has announced that Ranjan Ramparia, currently a non-executive director and audit chair, will be taking on a new role as a non-executive director of Keystone Positive Change Investment Trust plc starting from October 1, 2024. The company confirms there are no further disclosures required under the UK Listing Rules regarding this appointment.
